les 4 premiers jours

the first surf life saving's training . there were big wave and a lot of wind ant it was very difficult to go behind the break. we did a little ding on a board.

saturday the 20th
this day we did training during the morning in mooloolaba . the first with steven SHORT was an iron session. it was very very hard

the second training was more skill with clint ROBINSON and steven SHORT we work the rescue board . it was very interesting to learn how they do .

the last training was a swimming skill and it was hard too. we had to swim fast but not a long time , we have a rest during the afternoon .

sunday the 21th . it's was a day off so we decided to search a spot to go body surfing . it was very good session and after we watch the kellog's nutri grain iron final at TV and we can see that is very important for the autralian TV
